A decentralized method for estimating the interior states of a synchronous machine using analogue measurements from instrument transformers (that is, current transformer and potential transformer) has been proposed in this paper. The is robust to instrumentation chain anomalies, which have not considered existing dynamic state estimation literature. works two-step manner, wherein adaptive detection scheme removes harmonics, noise, DC components, estimates phasors measurements, subsequently uses these estimated algorithm. Robust version square-root-cubature-Kalman-filter employed enhance accuracy irrespective type noise distribution. superiority algorithm over methods established terms numerical accuracy, computational efficacy, robustness. IEEE 68 bus power system used test effectiveness developed strategy. Opal-RT based setup also implement case studies real-time.
